You can expect us to unpack general nutrition, eating and drinking habits, substance dependance, exercise for fitness, movement for health, stress and anxiety management, mindfulness practices, mindset development, work-life balance and intentional living.
These sessions are offered to individuals, couples and also to families, and can be conducted online and in person.

Area's covered may include; relationships, infidelity, intimacy, communication, identity, purpose, self limiting beliefs, self esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, work and career, parenting, life transitions (pre-marital, divorce, conscious uncoupling, co-parenting, expanding family), grief and loss.
These sessions are offered one on one, in person or online.
