Service Description
Sound Massage is performed one-on-one by placing quality therapeutic Peter Hess Tibetan Singing Bowls on your body, or in your bio-electromagnetic field, and striking them gently with a soft mallet. The gentle overtone sounds and vibrations slow down the brainwave frequency to an alpha, theta or delta state, quickly bringing you into a deep relaxation. The sounds and vibrations continue to gently penetrate the cells of the body supporting their return to optimal homeostasis. During this treatment the Client remains fully clothed. This treatment can be a wonderful act of self-care, or a thoughtful gift for anyone you think might benefit from some relaxation.
